Set Up a New Subsidiary Company
With this DLC, you can set up a new subsidiary company from scratch. To do so, open the Financial Actions page on Information Center (shortcut key F11) and select “Set Up a New Subsidiary Company” at the top-right of the interface.
The initial capital of your new subsidiary company is required to be at least $20 million. The parent company will must have sufficient cash for injecting the capital into the new company.
After choosing the new company’s logo, corporate color, and its name, you must hire a CEO to run it.
