Add statistics on employment in firms

Currently it is not possible to really know how many workers are employed in your firms or at what wages. I know that certain structures like factories have a certain number of people and they are paid wages but at no point does the game tell me how many workers or what their wages are. Can we have an indication somewhere in the statistics which shows this? It might also be somewhat useful in City Simulator to know how much of the city's employment relies on your firms.

Note: It is possible to know the overall cost of the employee wages and even the average wages, but it would be nice to just have an indicator on a per firm basis.

Yes, those statistics are nice to have and can be useful, though I was thinking of implementing them on a per firm basis.

So how does that work - total salary divided by real wage rate divided by the number of individual icons on the Sales Unit part (or whatever the equivalent in the firm is)?

Number of Employees (in firm) = (Salaries expense of the firm/Real City Wage/Total Number of 'Icons of people' in the firm)

I mean if that is the calculation, fine, but it is pretty cumbersome to work out.

(Also, does training effect salaries?)

yeah, that's the way about average wage calculation,
but maybe you don't need to worry about wages,
because you end up paying them anyway.

On the other hand, you're the first person to talk about " Training/salary " relative in these 12 years game community.
We don't have any clue by data but by experience,
means you have to really to try it by yourself.
Only thing I know is the calculation of training maybe similar how the way " Brand " growth,
basically is money + expertise (training).
