City Economic Simulation DLC Survival Mode Improvements in the upcoming version 10.0:

Added a new option to set the initial population of the first city in Survival mode. This allows for more customization when starting a new survival game.

The maximum number of AI companies allowed in a survival game has been increased from 7 to 20, giving the player more flexibility to set up the game for more economic activities in the city.

I see that the population is listed as a percentage - what is this percentage in reference to?

Also it would be an interesting thing if in a multi-city start you could also set the initial size of the multiple cities as well.
