Modding -- where to extract files to

downloaded a mod file earlier today, plus activated WinRAR on my PC's hard drive, so where does one extract the .zip files to?

cannot find them on my C;drive file family tree on my pc's hard drive under Capitalism Lab

Thanks for reply -- still cannot get WinRar to extract zip files to that Mod folder.

Seems as it's a "favorite" on my desktop , Win Rar doesn't like that

it wants me to locate a folder Inside of my C drive

any way to instruct it to extract files there, yet "trick it" it actually extract them to the desktop icon?

You may try this solution:
-extract the RAR to a temporary folder and then copy the files from that temporary folder to your MOD folder.
